I was soo excited about this hair and blend. I got installed today. The braider was tugging a little and stated it was tangling while was braiding. When we finished she dipped the hair in the water for the hair to seize up and the ends to look like I had my braids for 3 months. Such a let down.

To address the issue, we recommend dipping the hair in water that is medium to hot in temperature, rather than boiling. This helps achieve sleeker ends while minimizing a undesired look during the process. While we can’t speak to exactly what happened during your installation, this method has proven helpful for many of our customers.
